We will be carrying out drainage repair works on Rectory Hill/Brightling Road, Brightling.
When will these works start?
Work will start on Monday 16th August 2021 and continue for 4 weeks.
Road closure / Traffic Management Information
Road Closure - 16-20 August 2021
For the first week, we will be working under a road closure from Rectory Hill to outside a property called Perrywick. Due to the nature of the works, this section of the road will be closed to through traffic 24 hours a day. If you do need vehicle access then please discuss this with the team on site. We will try to give access where we can but there may be delays whilst we make the area safe.
Traffic will be diverted via A21, A265, School Hill, Kings Hill Road, Perrymans Lane, Sheepshaw Lane, Long Reach, The Street, Rectory Hil & vice versa.
Temporary Lights - 23 August 2021 for 3 weeks
For the final three weeks, the road will be open and we will be working under temporary traffic lights at the junction of Rectory Hill / Brickyard Lane / Hollingrove Hill / Brightling Road.
