Road closure information

A259 Friston Hill will be closed to through traffic between 8pm and 5am from Michel Dene Road to Jevington Road.

If you do need vehicle access then please discuss this with the team on site. There may be delays whilst we make the area safe.

Diversion

Traffic will be diverted via A259 Eastbourne Road, A259 Sutton Road, A259 Sutton Park Road, A259 Clinton Place, A259 Station Approach, A259 Claremont Road, A259 Buckle Bypass, A259 Newhaven Road, A259 Seaford Road, A259 The Drove, A259 Drove Road, A259 New Road, A26 New Road, A26 Beddingham Road, A26 Newhaven Road, A27 Eastbourne Road, A27 Lewes Road, A27 Eastbourne Road, A2270 Eastbourne Road, A2270 Willingdon Road, A2270 Upperton Road, A259 The Goffs, A259 Church Street, A259 East Dean Road, A259 Eastbourne Road and vice versa.
