Work will start on Monday 9th September 2019 and continue until Friday 11th October 2019.

Road closure and diversion information

Phase One: 9-19 September 2019

Road closed 24/7 from A259 Susan’s Road to Cavendish Place.

Traffic will be diverted via A259 Susan’s Road, Seaside Road, Cavendish Place & vice versa.

Phase Two: 19 September - 11 October 2019

Road closed 24/7 from Cavendish Place to A259 Seaside.

Traffic will be diverted via Cavendish Place, A259 Seaside Road, A259 Seaside & vice versa.

Information for local people

Vehicle access: We will always allow access for emergency vehicles. Pedestrian access will be maintained.

Weather: If it rains, we might be delayed in our works. We will keep you updated with any changes via advance warning signs.

Parking: Please park your vehicle off road or in another location, otherwise your vehicle may be towed away. There will be ‘no parking’ signs and cones on site to advise where parking is restricted.

Buses: We apologise if our works cause disruption to your bus service. Please check with the bus company for any alterations to the service during this time.

Bin Collections: We have informed your local council about these works. Your local District or Borough Council will let you know if there are any changes to your collection.
